Our Party Collection features a special type of glaze that may exhibit areas where speckles become diffused due to the glass's reactive nature during processing. We find these unique, unpredictable variations to be the most beautiful aspect of the glaze.

High quality and looks exactly like the pictures!
There were rather large import costs when being shipped to UK. I understand the company doesn’t control these but they are not made clear in the buying process at all. There could be a warning banner on checkout or something similar. The cost was about 1/3 of the basket price - £90! When asking if I could return there was no sympathy and was told we would have to pay shipping costs, shipping fees and costs of DHL dealing with the return of which they weren’t able to give me a rough price for. So either pay the £90 import or guesstimate return costs. Poor service IMO.

You’re absolutely right: customs and import fees can be significant when shipping to the UK, and although these charges are not set or collected by us, we completely understand how unexpected they can feel, especially when not clearly highlighted at checkout.
We do mention these potential costs on our Shipping and Returns page, but we take your point — this kind of information should be much more visible. We’ve already started working on adding clearer warnings in the checkout process, including banners and pop-ups for non-EU customers.
As for the return process: since the fees are applied by UK customs and handled by DHL, we unfortunately don’t receive an upfront estimate ourselves, which limits our ability to give you a precise quote. Still, we understand that not having that clarity can feel unhelpful, and we’ll be looking into ways to better support customers in this situation.
We’re genuinely sorry this experience didn’t reflect the level of care we aim to provide. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll use it to improve both our communication and processes moving forward.
