New Party Set 24 Pieces White

We absolutely LOVE our beautiful plates and bowls!! It's an absolute joy eating out of them every day, everything tastes better ;). You can tell there is so much care and high quality in the making of them.

The customer service was incredible, when I was having issues during the checkout process, they responded within a minute and were so friendly, they resolved it so I could place my order so quickly!

It arrived quickly and everything was stunning! Given it came all the way to London, everything was packaged up so so well.

This company is what a small business is all about (and an all-woman team woohoo!!) and so they should be very proud!

I love this pattern! We chose these as our everyday dishes and it makes me happy to look at them.

The pictures shown for this set are a bit confusing though! It looks like there are small plates in this set, like the 17cm bread plate, but the salad plates that are included are not that small! (22 cm)
And there are also flat bowls shown that are also not included.
Other than that, I think this is a very nice set with everything you need.
The salad plates have a nice size for two pieces of toast or any normal meal.
The pasta plates are so cool! You could also eat soup out of them. But they don't fit into the dishwasher that easily.
The bowls are very big, like the ones from the cloud series.
The dinner plates are HUGE! They don't fit our microwave and are a bit big for our dishwasher. But you can fit a whole pizza on them without a problem.

It would really help to have the measurements listed here on the website alongside the set!

Everything arrived fast and safe, they are packaged very well. We got a candle as a gift with our order which was a nice surprise :)

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Egg Back Home. I ordered an item from their website, only to be hit with an unexpectedly high customs fee upon arrival (about 30% of my order value). I immediately contacted their customer service to cancel the order and request a refund, but their response was disappointing.

While I understand that customs fees are not within their control, their website claims to accept returns if items are in their original condition and packaging. Despite this, they refused to process my refund without charging me additional return fees. This is completely unreasonable and goes against their own stated policy.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you're considering ordering from them, beware of hidden costs and unhelpful customer support.

I loved the design and the quality, just the basic white colour was a little too warm for my taste and some of the dishes had much more dots than expected. You could really see that they are handmade, what I valued but sone had strong coloured lines on the edges and I did not like that. I wish there would be a simple light and dark design, I would order again without hesitation. Shipping and the unfortunate Return worked really well and the costumer service ist 10/10. Thank you
