Your right to return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in perfect condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging or equally protective packaging

Return shipping costs
- EU orders above €500 — free returns label included
- All other orders — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Please pack ceramics securely. Items that arrive broken due to insufficient packaging cannot be refunded.

Refunds
We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s), the shipping box, and all packaging, plus your order number.

- Discounted or final sale items
Unless they arrive damaged, in which case please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
