Matte glass features a frosted appearance achieved through etching or sandblasting, creating a smooth, satin-like texture. This process makes it naturally more susceptible to visible scratches, which are inherent to its finish, not indicative of poor quality. Proper handling and maintenance are essential to preserve its elegant appearance.
