When can I use this?

You can use this page to exercise your legal right of withdrawal for an online purchase. This applies when you want to cancel your order or return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

How it works

   We confirm receipt

   You will receive a confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

   Return the goods

   If your order has already been delivered, please return the goods within 14 days after submitting your request.

   Refund

   We will process your refund according to our Return and Refund Policy. We may wait until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return shipment.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is not treated as a standard withdrawal request. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and help you with the best solution.
