discovered this brand in a small concept store in Bergen, Norway and loved it ever since. super nice design & quality, delivery with just the right amount of packaging (no plastic) and also earlier than expected :)) bought this one as a gift as well as another mug and bowl for myself.

One mug was nice but the other one was broken upon delivery, no answers from costumer support when several emails sent.

I ordered the New Party collection at the end of last year. At that time, I would have returned products that I was not satisfied with. There is no glaze on the underside of the plates in this series. I would have had to pay for the return myself, so I did not return them. Since I already had all 6 plates, I decided to order more so that the ones I had already bought would not go to waste. I wanted a complete set of dishes. The yellow plates I ordered now, and the plates I had already ordered before, clearly had flaws in the finishing. There were clear fingerprints on the clay. They should be smoothed out. The glaze and speckled color splashes were almost completely missing. Since there were no color splashes on the yellow glaze, the flaws were more clearly visible. The glaze on the green and white plates was good with lots of specks and the finish was good. I posted a picture of them for comparison. However, my opinion does not matter, the manufacturer says the plates are perfect, and exactly as they should be. There's no way in the world that there aren't mistakes in handwork. I studied ceramics for 1.5 years. I know something about ceramics and the subject. The customer's opinion should matter.

J'ai reçu un service de 8 assiettes pour mon anniversaire, effectivement, elles sont très jolies et je suis ravie.
En effet, je cherchais des assiettes avec une taille correcte, trouvant que les assiettes de nos jours ont plus la taille d'un plat.
Malheureusement, suite à l'utilisation de l'une d'entre elles pour la première fois, elle s'est fendu du bord jusqu'au milieu. J'étais triste et déçue, mais grâce au service clientèle très réactif et professionnel, ceci s'est bien terminé.
Ces assiettes sont du plus bel effet sur une table surtout avec les beaux jours.

Absolutely in love with this cheerful dog bowl, so is my dog! Perfect size for my whippet. The shape and weight of the bowl makes it impossible for her not to to push it around while eat, and she tries very hard haha. Super easy to keep clean and it doesn't get all hot when put in the microwave, so it's safe to give my dog immediately.

I ordered 500ml mugs and 16cm salad bawls and everything arrived intact. Also, everything looks much better in person than online. I LOVE it!!! I'll order again. Thank you!!!

Just love it! Unfortunately something happened to the package at UPS and they repacked the box very reckless which resulted in 6 broken plates. Thankfully the customer service reacted very swiftly and immediately send new plates! This time the package was carefully wrapped like I read in the other reviews. Very happy with my complete set now!

The set is absolutely gorgeous! We added other items and now we have an extended tableware collection! We were in contact with Raquel from the Customer service in regard to two items. She was very helpful and prompt in her responses! We are very happy with both the products and the overall experience!

I ordered those 6 mugs for a birthday present. Unfortunately one of them was broken. I mailed to Egg Back Home and they sent the replacement at once. I’m very content.

J'ai reçu ces assiettes il y a maintenant 2 semaines. Elles sont conformes à la description, vraiment très jolies et supportent très bien le lave vaisselle et le micro-onde. Seul petit bémol, la forme fait qu'elles ne s'empilent pas correctement et donc prennent beaucoup de place, exactement comme sur la photo du site, ce n'est pas seulement un placement esthétique. Nous en sommes quand même très satisfaits !

Très belle vaisselle , reçu rapidement après la commande .
Très bien emballée et de manière sécurisée (pas de casse).

We replaced all of our old and damaged tableware and ordered a full set of New Party White, including 14 small and large plates, 6 large bowls, 6 medium bowls, and 6 mini bowls. The ceramics were delivered in less than a week and were perfectly packaged. I’ve never seen a parcel packed with such care and attention—each item was so carefully wrapped to prevent any damage during transport. And it worked: everything arrived in perfect condition.

The ceramics themselves are beautiful. No two pieces are exactly alike—the colorful details are all hand-applied, giving the entire set a unique and artisanal look.

We also had the pleasure of speaking with Raquel from customer service. A few months ago, we noticed that Egg Back Home’s Trustpilot page had some negative reviews, so we wanted to make sure the website and offers were legitimate. Raquel was incredibly helpful, sending us photos of the specific ceramics we were interested in, as well as pictures of the boxes used for shipping.

All in all, we had a great experience with Egg Back Home. We’re absolutely thrilled with the products we received and won’t hesitate to order from them again—or recommend them to friends and family.
