Cada peça é feita e vidrada à mão, uma a uma. Pequenas variações de cor, tom, textura e acabamento fazem parte do processo — não há duas peças exactamente iguais. Essas diferenças são a marca do trabalho manual, não um defeito.

I ordered the New Party collection at the end of last year. At that time, I would have returned products that I was not satisfied with. There is no glaze on the underside of the plates in this series. I would have had to pay for the return myself, so I did not return them. Since I already had all 6 plates, I decided to order more so that the ones I had already bought would not go to waste. I wanted a complete set of dishes. The yellow plates I ordered now, and the plates I had already ordered before, clearly had flaws in the finishing. There were clear fingerprints on the clay. They should be smoothed out. The glaze and speckled color splashes were almost completely missing. Since there were no color splashes on the yellow glaze, the flaws were more clearly visible. The glaze on the green and white plates was good with lots of specks and the finish was good. I posted a picture of them for comparison. However, my opinion does not matter, the manufacturer says the plates are perfect, and exactly as they should be. There's no way in the world that there aren't mistakes in handwork. I studied ceramics for 1.5 years. I know something about ceramics and the subject. The customer's opinion should matter.

We would like to respectfully clarify our position: when we received your message, we looked into your order carefully and responded accordingly. We explained that all pieces in the New Party collection are individually handcrafted and glazed by hand, which means that natural variations in colour, tone, texture, thickness, and finish are an inherent and expected part of the process — not a production defect. This is clearly stated in our product descriptions.
We understand that you have a background in ceramics and we respect your knowledge. However, based on our internal assessment, the pieces you received fall within the natural variation expected of handmade stoneware and do not present a manufacturing defect.
That said, we completely respect that aesthetics are personal, and if our quality does not match your standards, we are truly sorry. As we already communicated directly, you are absolutely welcome to return the items under our return policy, and we are happy to assist you through that process.

The plates are amazingly cute. I love the differences in the glazing and they look good with every dish.

discovered this brand in a small concept store in Bergen, Norway and loved it ever since. super nice design & quality, delivery with just the right amount of packaging (no plastic) and also earlier than expected :)) bought this one as a gift as well as another mug and bowl for myself.
The bowls look very high-quality, feel nice and heavy, and are at least as beautiful as in the photos. The color is lovely and exactly what I had imagined. Delivery was also within the stated timeframe.
The cups were securely packaged and arrived safely! They’re so adorable, I love them a lot and will def order again!

You can not NOT love this Company! Such a fun website, the best quality, the cute pet collection and the absolutely adorable chatbot. I had no problems what so ever with the delivery all the way to Belgium and I gifted the dog mom and dad mugs and they were so happy with them!

J'ai reçu un service de 8 assiettes pour mon anniversaire, effectivement, elles sont très jolies et je suis ravie.
En effet, je cherchais des assiettes avec une taille correcte, trouvant que les assiettes de nos jours ont plus la taille d'un plat.
Malheureusement, suite à l'utilisation de l'une d'entre elles pour la première fois, elle s'est fendu du bord jusqu'au milieu. J'étais triste et déçue, mais grâce au service clientèle très réactif et professionnel, ceci s'est bien terminé.
Ces assiettes sont du plus bel effet sur une table surtout avec les beaux jours.
Received my great deal yesterday! The quality is brilliant and can tell they are very hardy and will last me a liftetime if I have no accidents! I love them! Packaged extremely well to cope with the shipping from Portugal. The delivery costs wasn’t calculated correctly so a charge at customs happened but I’m very happy with purchase!

Amazing colours and quality
Absolutely in love with this cheerful dog bowl, so is my dog! Perfect size for my whippet. The shape and weight of the bowl makes it impossible for her not to to push it around while eat, and she tries very hard haha. Super easy to keep clean and it doesn't get all hot when put in the microwave, so it's safe to give my dog immediately.
