I have ordered two Halloween Cloud mugs when our 15 year old cat crossed the rainbow a few weeks ago. This mug helps me to visualise my little kitty sitting on a cloud watching over us. AWFUL. Items arrived damaged and unusable, and the seller is not responding to my emails requesting a refund or exchange. Tried to generate a return online and they said they dont offer refunds at this time (???) and to reach out via email. Really disappointed in the product and the customer service.

We did receive your email on July 29th (from a different email address than the one used on your order) and replied the same day, asking for a couple of additional photos (of the outer and inner packaging) so we could open the claim with our shipping partner and process a refund for you. We haven't yet received a reply to that message, so we haven't been able to move forward with the resolution.
We'd still love to help make this right — please do check your inbox for our reply, or feel free to reach out to us directly by email whenever you have a moment to send those photos over.

Gute Laune Tasse für alles. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Suppe, Gin Tonic :-). Wirklich schön. Für meine Hände etwas schwierig zu halten bei heißen Flüssigkeiten, da werden schnell die Finger zu heiß. Da darf ich die Tasse nur halbvoll machen. Aber wenn ich sie anschaue muss ich lächeln 😃.

J'ai reçu un service de 8 assiettes pour mon anniversaire, Effectivement, elles sont très jolies et je suis ravie.
In effetti, cerco gli assietti con una taglia corretta, trovando che gli assietti dei nostri giorni siano più la taglia di un piatto.
Malheureusement, suite à l'utilisation de l'une d'entre elles pour la première fois, elle s'est fendu du bord jusqu'au milieu. J'étais triste et déçue, mais grâce au service clientèle très réactif et professionale, ceci s'est bien terminé.

Imballato molto bene per far fronte alla spedizione dal Portogallo. I costi di spedizione non sono stati calcolati correttamente, quindi si è verificato un addebito alla dogana, ma sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto!

Assolutamente innamorato di questa allegra ciotola per cani, così come il mio cane! Misura perfetta per il mio whippet. La forma e il peso della ciotola le rendono impossibile non spostarla mentre mangia, e ci prova davvero ahah. Facilissimo da tenere pulito e non diventa molto caldo quando messo nel microonde, quindi è sicuro darlo subito al mio cane.
Ho ordinato tazze da 500 ml e insalatiere da 16 cm e tutto è arrivato intatto. Inoltre, tutto sembra molto meglio dal vivo che online. Lo adoro!!! Ordinerò di nuovo. Grazie!!!

Lo adoro! Sfortunatamente è successo qualcosa al pacco presso UPS e hanno reimballato la scatola in modo molto imprudente, provocando la rottura di 6 piastre. Per fortuna il servizio clienti ha reagito molto rapidamente e ha inviato immediatamente nuove targhe! Questa volta il pacco era imballato con cura come ho letto nelle altre recensioni. Sono molto soddisfatto del mio set completo ora!
