Great quality and elegant plates. Bought a set of pink plates, bowls and trays. Love the fact each one is a little bit different. They show off food on the plate well. LOVE the design of the pasta bowls and they work well. Easy to clean in dishwasher and by hand. Bought dinner plates and side plates excellent but we use the side plates as lunch plates; a bit too large for side plates! So we ordered the rectangular "trays" which work brilliantly as side plates and morning toast. One item broken on arrival but polite and efficient communication to receive a free replacement. Love the buy one get one free promotion! We changed all our plates! So happy. Thank you!

We replaced all of our old and damaged tableware and ordered a full set of New Party White, including 14 small and large plates, 6 large bowls, 6 medium bowls, and 6 mini bowls. The ceramics were delivered in less than a week and were perfectly packaged. I’ve never seen a parcel packed with such care and attention—each item was so carefully wrapped to prevent any damage during transport. And it worked: everything arrived in perfect condition.
The ceramics themselves are beautiful. No two pieces are exactly alike—the colorful details are all hand-applied, giving the entire set a unique and artisanal look.
We also had the pleasure of speaking with Raquel from customer service. A few months ago, we noticed that Egg Back Home’s Trustpilot page had some negative reviews, so we wanted to make sure the website and offers were legitimate. Raquel was incredibly helpful, sending us photos of the specific ceramics we were interested in, as well as pictures of the boxes used for shipping.
All in all, we had a great experience with Egg Back Home. We’re absolutely thrilled with the products we received and won’t hesitate to order from them again—or recommend them to friends and family.

Honestly in love with the Melting Ice Cream set. Every time I open the kitchen cupboards or make a meal it feels like a special experience. It’s brought more joy to dinner time. Waiting for Egg Back Home to bring out pasta bowls now to get the full house! Can’t wait to replace all our mugs too when they’re back in stock. Only slight frustration is no UK stockists have the 12 piece set, so we had to order form Portugal and the import fees were painful 🥲

Products were received without any issue, I love the plates.
The only comment I have is that they look a little bit different on the website pictures. In reality colors are darker and there are more dots.

I have ordered two Halloween Cloud mugs when our 15 year old cat crossed the rainbow a few weeks ago. This mug helps me to visualise my little kitty sitting on a cloud watching over us.
