Κάθε κομμάτι πλάθεται και εφυαλώνεται στο χέρι, ένα ένα. Μικρές διαφορές στο χρώμα, τον τόνο, την υφή και το φινίρισμα είναι φυσικό μέρος της διαδικασίας — δεν υπάρχουν δύο ολόιδια κομμάτια. Αυτές οι διαφορές είναι σημάδι αυθεντικής χειροποίητης δουλειάς, όχι ελάττωμα.

I ordered the New Party collection at the end of last year. At that time, I would have returned products that I was not satisfied with. There is no glaze on the underside of the plates in this series. I would have had to pay for the return myself, so I did not return them. Since I already had all 6 plates, I decided to order more so that the ones I had already bought would not go to waste. I wanted a complete set of dishes. The yellow plates I ordered now, and the plates I had already ordered before, clearly had flaws in the finishing. There were clear fingerprints on the clay. They should be smoothed out. The glaze and speckled color splashes were almost completely missing. Since there were no color splashes on the yellow glaze, the flaws were more clearly visible. The glaze on the green and white plates was good with lots of specks and the finish was good. I posted a picture of them for comparison. However, my opinion does not matter, the manufacturer says the plates are perfect, and exactly as they should be. There's no way in the world that there aren't mistakes in handwork. I studied ceramics for 1.5 years. I know something about ceramics and the subject. The customer's opinion should matter.

We would like to respectfully clarify our position: when we received your message, we looked into your order carefully and responded accordingly. We explained that all pieces in the New Party collection are individually handcrafted and glazed by hand, which means that natural variations in colour, tone, texture, thickness, and finish are an inherent and expected part of the process — not a production defect. This is clearly stated in our product descriptions.
We understand that you have a background in ceramics and we respect your knowledge. However, based on our internal assessment, the pieces you received fall within the natural variation expected of handmade stoneware and do not present a manufacturing defect.
That said, we completely respect that aesthetics are personal, and if our quality does not match your standards, we are truly sorry. As we already communicated directly, you are absolutely welcome to return the items under our return policy, and we are happy to assist you through that process.

In der Tat suche ich nach Assistenzkräften mit einer korrekten Größe, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Assistenzkräfte in unseren Tagen zuzüglich zur Größe einer Plattform dazukommen.
Missbräuchliche Verwendung, darunter auch die Nutzung eines Zwischenraums für die Premiere, ist nur begrenzt möglich. Ich war dreist und zufrieden, aber der Service für die Kundschaft war sehr reaktionsfreudig und professionell, das war alles gut.

Extrem gut verpackt, um den Versand aus Portugal zu bewältigen. Die Versandkosten wurden nicht korrekt berechnet, so dass eine Gebühr beim Zoll anfiel, aber ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf!

Erstaunliche Farben und Qualität
Ich bin absolut verliebt in diesen fröhlichen Hundenapf, genau wie mein Hund! Perfekte Größe für meinen Whippet. Die Form und das Gewicht der Schüssel machen es ihr unmöglich, sie beim Essen nicht herumzuschieben, und sie gibt sich große Mühe, haha. Super einfach sauber zu halten und es wird nicht ganz heiß, wenn es in die Mikrowelle gestellt wird, sodass ich es meinem Hund sofort geben kann.
Ich habe 500-ml-Becher und 16-cm-Salatbecher bestellt und alles kam unversehrt an. Außerdem sieht alles vor Ort viel besser aus als online. Ich LIEBE es!!! Ich werde wieder bestellen. Vielen Dank!!!
War ein Geschenk für eine Katzenmutter und sie liebt es genauso wie ich. Es ist so schön und die Größe ist einfach perfekt.
Ich liebe es einfach! Leider ist bei UPS etwas mit dem Paket passiert und sie haben den Karton sehr rücksichtslos umgepackt, was zu 6 kaputten Tellern geführt hat. Zum Glück hat der Kundenservice sehr schnell reagiert und sofort neue Teller geschickt! Diesmal war das Paket sorgfältig verpackt, wie ich in den anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe. Ich bin jetzt sehr zufrieden mit meinem kompletten Set!
Das Set ist absolut großartig! Wir haben weitere Artikel hinzugefügt und jetzt haben wir eine erweiterte Geschirrkollektion! Wir standen bezüglich zweier Punkte mit Raquel vom Kundenservice in Kontakt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und prompt in ihren Antworten!
